ABON Manufacturing Facility

The ABON manufacturing facility, located in Hangzhou, China, covers over 16,000 square meter, including 11,400 sq.m. the manufacturing area and 4,600 sq.m. the warehouse area. At present, ABON employs approximately 900 highly trained and highly skilled management employees and assembly workers. Currently at ABON, the maximum annual production capacity can reach 300 million in vitro test devices.

By using the most up-to-date quality system, state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and cutting-edge technology, ABON Biopharm is committed to manufacture only the highest quality in vitro diagnostic products at our manufacturing facilities located in Hangzhou, China.  Our entire manufacturing team, consisting of many functional departments such as Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Sales and Services, Quality Control/Quality Assurance, Information Technology, R&D, etc., working closely together to maintain the highest standards possible at each step of the manufacturing process. ABON’s two major product lines consist of over the counter (OTC) consumer diagnostic products as well as medical and professional diagnostic products. The quality and regulatory systems employed at ABON manufacturing facilities comply fully with the Chinese State Food and Drug Administration Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) for Pharmaceutical Products, U.S. FDA Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO 13485:2003 certifiied, Japanese Good Manufacturing Practices (jGMP) standards, and other quality system all over the world.
